Off-peak (November-April): $140 per night for 4 people
Peak (May-October): $160 per night for 4 people
School holiday surcharge: $20 per night

$20 per night for additional people; $10 per night for pre-school children.
Children under 12 months at commencement of the booking stay free.
Linen can be provided by arrangement for a fee of $15 per person per stay.
Wi-Fi is available for $5 per night.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is preferred; we reserve the right to charge a small surcharge for overnight bookings.
During the winter peak season preference will be given to weekly bookings; weekend bookings are not normally accepted more than 3 weeks in advance.
Rental rates do not include cleaning which is the responsibility of the renter (we can arrange for cleaning on your behalf for a small fee).
All rates subject to change without notice.
We request a deposit of half the total rental charge to confirm the booking, at which time we'll provide full information regarding the house and it's facilities.
For bookings during peak times, the balance is required in full 4 weeks in advance.
In case of cancellation within 2 weeks prior to commencement of the booking, deposits are non-refundable if the house cannot be re-let; if the house can be re-let, a $50 re-booking fee will be deducted from any refund.
